There is one shared bathroom, as well as shared kitchen and living room. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that you are able to use. There is a large driveway that fits up to 4 cars as well as street parking except during the winter. All utilities are included as well as internet.

It’s my house and I have currently one roommate. I’m moving out and looking for another person for the bedroom. My current roommate is a young gay trans-man, keeps to himself mainly and stays in his private room. He works evenings and is usually up at night as well. He’s open to different types of people as long as they are respectful. I also have the second floor which is 2 rooms kind of like a loft that I will be renting as well so there will be 2 other roommates in total
