The apartment is on the first floor and the bedroom is partially furnished. You will have a private room and bathroom. My leasing office requires a background and credit check as you would be added to my lease. My lease ends in November but if we get along well we can renew together. The community features a lake, walking path, two swimming pools and a 24 hour small gym. The community is quiet and clean. Great for those that are active or into fitness.

Must be a non smoker. Prefer a roommate clean, quiet, respectful and who will be responsible with their share of the rent. I am easy to get a long with. I do work from home full time right now. Prefer someone that works outside of the house so we can give each other space.

Would love to have another roommate that we can be friends and go out. I want the place to feel like your home as well. I like to work out, stay active, eat well, horseback ride, into photography, read books, watch reality tv, go line dancing. I love 80’s music. Look forward to meeting you!
