Hello everyone! I’m looking for a new tenant to take over my room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment starting May 1st. The apartment is located at 769 Hayes St, Westlake—super convenient to nearby tech offices (Amazon,, Adobe) and public transportation (the 40 bus route is just a short walk away). Rent: $1200 (subject to change with lease renewal). The total rent for the apartment is currently $2400, which includes parking, WSG, and storage. Lease: A new lease will need to be signed due to the change in tenant. The lease end date is flexible, so let me know your preferences.
