Enjoy nature and privacy at this private property on 13 acres and the room has its own entrance. It’s right next to the freeway and there’s not a neighbor in sight! There’s a 1200 square foot building on the property that has been converted into a gym that you can use. This is a 3300 square foot home and it’s currently almost finished with construction. This room is finished and furnished with your own TV with internet and WiFi included. Electricity will be split between 4 people.
About the roomies
I live here with my friend and I have a 3 year old son and a 16 month old daughter with their own rooms. They are both amazing kids and well behaved. I have them 2 days during the week and every other weekend. My friend has 3 sons that are 5, 4, and 3 year old and he has them on weekends.
