A 4-bedroom condo in the historic Manhattan Building. 1 room is available for rent in a 4-bedroom condo. Rent is $1300/month plus utilities. Preferred move in date would be beginning of August. First picture is the available room, 2nd & 3rd are the living room, 4th is the kitchen, 5th is the bathroom, and 6th is the floor-plan. Everything is currently furnished.

This unit is conveniently located in the heart of Printers Row. Location is right next to CTA train station (Harold Washington Library, La Salla-Blue Line, Jackson Red Line) and CTA busses. Apartment is also a 6-minute walk to DePaul’s Loop Campus. There is a parking garage right across the street from the building, however it is not associated with the building.

There are currently 3 roommates. I’m a 20 year old undergraduate student studying Data Science at DePaul. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago (Naperville), but I’m originally from India. Zey (23) is from Germany who’s travelled a lot and is now working in the city. Irene (23) went to university in Arkansas and is a competitive swimmer that also now has a job in the city but is originally from Spain. Definitely reach out to me if you want to know more about us!

We all like to have our shared spaces clean and always make sure to clean up after ourselves. We’re also still getting to know each other so we love going out together to dinners or museums or other fun activities in the city whenever we can!
