Quiet room that does not share walls with the other room in the apartment. Lots of natural light and cozy.
The room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished upon request with twin bed.
$1000 covers rent, utilities, electricity, and internet.
I am sort of a homebody, I like to cook, and mostly spend time in my room, in nature, or out with my bf or family. I like nature, a good show, and seldom drink. The place has a bit of a chill vibe, prior roommate and I would catch up over a cup of tea and sometimes hang out; but we mostly kept to our own routines. There’s a cleaning rotation for the shared living spaces. I don’t mind guests like family or long-term partners, just be mindful.
My mom’s dog visits every once in a while. You’ll only see him a few times a month.
