I have 3 cats, 1 little chihuahua (who is basically a cat). I’m Ok if you have a dog but it has to be chill and kind around small pets. Sorry no other cats allowed. Backyard with garden. Basement additional storage. Alarm system. Washer and dryer on premises. Rent and utilities would be 800$ total. House is close to all major freeways and hospitals
