I own the house. I’m a real laid back roommate. I need a clean roommate, cuz I like a clean house. Not super into partying. I dont drink or smoke, but with that said feel free, as long as it doesn’t become an issue. I’m 31. Male. I was a professional, but now I’m going back to school and just doing my evening/night events gig. I’m up early. I’m up late. I like doing projects around the house, but will be respectful about it if I have a roommate. I maintain a peaceful home environment overall. Our other inhabitants are two cats that keep to themselves and are typically outside, and a little pup in training.
