This is a 3 bedroom house with a nice sized back and side yard. Your bedroom has its own AC unit, half bath, and walk-in closet. The full bathroom with shower is used by both other roommates and girlfriend that lives part time with Jackson. Big sunk in living room, full kitchen, and combined dinning room. We can fit up to 3 cars in the driveway but it is pretty steep so we will usually only have 2 cars in the driveway (first come first serve) with street parking right off the driveway. We have a large shed in the back yard if you need to store anything. Utilities not included including, (WiFi, Garbage, Electricity, Water)

Jackson(20) I have one kitty named Autumn, she is very sweet but can be a little skittish at first. Unfortunately we are not welcoming anymore pets. My Girlfriend Alivia(19) is not a resident but does spend most days with me. I work at Olive Garden as a server. Landon(22), also works at the OG as a server. He likes to fish a lot and watch Soccer. We are both very easy going guys with not a lot to worry about, we like to keep a clean house and enjoy hanging out or having people over to play games. We both love to rally some pingpong and we do occasionally have parties and/or pingpong tournaments. We want someone that we can be friends with on top of just being roommates. We think that being friends and having that kind of trust is good for the household. Our lease is up Dec 31, 2026 and we are not sure of our plan past that.
