Private garages are available to rent, but open air parking is included in rent for a single vehicle. Visitor parking is available on a temporary basis.
Landmarks: Tiny’s Gym is walkable, and Carroll College is less than two miles away.
Will have access to apartment’s gym, hot tub and pool. Half of 2BD/2BA apartment living space includes half of fridge/freezer and full access to kitchen cooking supplies and utensils.

Roomie is a female clinical lab worker that is quiet, clean and respectful of other people’s privacy.
Studies a lot, but does play pool and fish.
