One room in a four bedroom apartment. Total rent is 2300/mo split 4 ways (575/person) plus utilities $88/person. Apartment is a 2-flat located in Buena Park/Uptown, near Red line, Aldi, Jewel, and Target. 20 min walk from Andersonville and Wrigleyville. Free (but scarce) street parking. Small room (think twin or full mattress) with very little natural light: a ground-floor dungeon. Landlord lives in the basement but he’s chill. One bathroom shared between the four of us (annoying). We have a cat who is scared of everything. You may also have a cat unless they are mean to my cat.

We are 24 to 25 years old, but may be older in the future. Two of us (Nate and Storm) are night owls who typically stay up until 4am. We can be quiet if you need us to. Nate and Storm are in a relationship. which hasn’t been a problem yet. Third roommate, Wylder, is cool and nice.
