Just crossing 9 mile Ferndale downtown to visit, cafés, library, bookstores, bars and restaurants, grocey and convenience stores walking distance. Big spacious room, semi furnished (1 bed) and a big closet included.

I’m a open mindend, yet respectful, quiet gay man, looking to find a chatty roomate who understands shared space and house as a place of rest and chill afterwork. Still open to socialize a bit inbetween. Important you a team player, involved (safety and clean tasks as basic and normal). If you do not clean shared spaces ever, this is not the place. Out of that I like to read, cook sometimes dinner, share movie nights but respect intimacy and private space/times. I work 8-5 M-F. Weekends like house to be relaxed and in the nights. Not a place for parties or daily visitors; out of that DM!
