Property is located in convenient location in Oxon Hill, 15-20 min drive to Downtown DC or VA, minuets away from shopping centers and casino. Walk-in on the first floor, room will be located on the first floor, with a walk-out to patio. Full bathroom is located within the room. With the washer and dryer located outside of room. Second floor is common area for Roomie to utilize Kitchen, Living and Dinning Room. Utilities are included in the rent, and one parking pass will be provided - driveway may be used for unloading and if needed if street parking is unavailable or during inclement weather. Company is permitted, but not allowed to stay for consecutive days.

I am a middle age, faith driven, black American woman, with a small sized fur-baby. We live in a three story tall property, I’ll be on the top floor. I work a lot but also enjoy playing hard when I have the time and love to travel. In short, I’m there to sleep. Occasionally, you’ll find me in the kitchen, becoming a chef.
