I have a gorgeous spacious room with private bath in my townhouse in quality Hill downtown. It is furnished with a brand new bed, which is super comfy. The decor is gender, neutral, and can be changed. If you’d like there’s a Washer Dryer in the unit. There’s a designated parking spot. I am gone at least three nights a week so you would have lots of privacy. It’s a fantastic location lots of things going on downtown no smoking. I’d like to keep the place tidy I prefer that you don’t have any overnight guest. The occasional one would be OK I guess but don’t make it. A regular thing. Pets are negotiable with a pet deposit.

I’m in my 40s I’m a professional working woman who works about 60 hours a week. I stay at my boyfriend‘s house about three nights a week so I’m rarely home. I would enjoy having somebody there just to keep an eye on the place and split the bills I love to cook pickle ball run, and binge watch Netflix in my spare time
