Welcome to Your Potential New Home Base! (Now featuring: 2 doggos, one questionable grill, a backyard redemption arc, and a roommate who knows the struggle of balancing work, school, and adulting!!)

Looking for a comfortable place to land? This home has one room currently available. The room comes partially furnished with: ✨ A dresser ✨ A really nice wall-mounted desk setup ✨ A mounted TV ✨ A full-size bed planned for move-in (but you’re welcome to bring your own!) The house already has two four-legged residents: a German Shepherd and his pup. I’d prefer someone without pets of their own, but if you’re a dog person, these two are always accepting applications for extra love and belly rubs.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom, so you’d mainly be sharing just the shower area. (I usually shower at the gym anyway, so you won’t have to fight me for morning shower time!) You’ll also have: 💠Dedicated fridge space 💠A cabinet for pantry items 💠Use of an in-home stacked washer and dryer 💠Access to the enclosed backyard (currently getting a little “wildlife documentary” makeover while we remove the old pool and clean things up before move-in)

Need extra fridge space? No problem—bring a mini fridge and we can just adjust the electric contribution accordingly. There’s also a grill available for backyard hangouts (currently not loved very much during this backyard clean-up, but it IS accessible). Lastly, there is a home security system and cameras around the exterior and common spaces, so you can rest assured your stuff is safe from intrusion!

Overall, I’m looking for someone respectful, easygoing, and who’s looking for a chill place; not just a place to sleep (but that’s okay too, as life is life’n). If you like a relaxed home, friendly dogs, and a roommate situation where communication matters, this might be the spot.

Hi, I’m Rachel. I currently work full-time, go to school full-time, and also build my handmade soap business with the goal of making it my full-time passion project someday. When I’m home, I’m usually pretty low-key. I’m either in my room or office working on classwork, gaming, or creating products. I enjoy a peaceful home environment, but I’m definitely not a “never speak to each other” roommate either, as I think a good balance of privacy, respect, and communication makes a home feel comfortable.

I recently completed treatment for cancer, so I’m especially grateful for a calm, worry-free living environment. I’m independent and handle my own responsibilities, but finding someone who values a positive and considerate home atmosphere is important to me. I do have a boyfriend who has his own place. Occasionally, I’ll stay at his place for a couple of nights, and sometimes he may visit here. He’s very quiet and respectful!

If you’re looking for a chill home with friendly dogs, a little gamer energy, and a roommate who values communication and mutual respect, we might be a great fit! I’m not looking for a perfect roommate, just someone respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. I’m also moderately active, so if you enjoy going for walks, checking out parks, grabbing “smoodies,” or starting a fitness journey, I’m always down for a buddy! (No pressure though, as your room is your sanctuary, and I fully respect everyone having their own space and time.)
