The room measures approximately 10’ x 10’9“ and closet space, a ceiling fan, and comfortably fits a queen-size bed with room to spare (please note, the bed in the room is not staying). You’ll have your own private bathroom and access to the laundry room. The home features a shared living area that opens to a balcony with a grill, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Community amenities include a swimming pool and basketball court, with nearby walking trails for outdoor enjoyment. A grocery store is located less than half a mile away, and a variety of restaurants can be reached in under 10 minutes. The location also provides an easy commute with quick access to both Bangerter Highway and Mountain View Corridor.

I work in sports medicine and live a pretty active lifestyle. When I’m not working, I’m usually at home relaxing or at the gym a few times a week. I’m easygoing, considerate, and enjoy keeping a clean, comfortable living space. In my free time, I love cooking, watching movies, reading, hanging out with friends, taking road trips, and getting outdoors for camping adventures. I’m always up for a good conversation but also appreciate personal space and a laid-back home environment.
