About the room
$808 / 1 bed in a 3 bed 1 bath house I am looking for someone to take over my room starting the month of April.
One bedroom available in a three-bedroom one-bathroom house in West Adams right off of Koreatown. I are close to the 10 freeway and right down the road from a Ralphs. I about 10 minutes away from DTLA.
There are two roommates in the house currently both in their twenties. We are looking for a respectful, clean and kind roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 3 ways). Perfect for a young professional or student.
Apartment will be available April 1st. I would ideally like to have someone sign the lease by March 25th.
