The house is completely smoke-free and pet-free.

About the House:

Bedroom 1 (shared/adjacent bathroom): $900/month + $75 flat rate to cover all utilities (including high-speed Wi-Fi, power, water, gas, pest control, and landscaping). Bedroom 2 (shared/adjacent bathroom): $900/month + $75 flat rate to cover all utilities (including high-speed Wi-Fi, power, water, gas, pest control, and landscaping).

Fully Furnished - All common area furnishings (kitchen, living room, etc.) and all appliances (oven, laundry, dishwasher, refrigerators, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) Furnished or Unfurnished Bedroom can be made available Multiple refrigerators
