Rent will be paid on a monthly basis and covers all the bills; thus, giving you the option to live either on a short-term or long-term basis depending on how you plan on staying, but a preference for long-term would be appreciated. Access to the kitchen, the dining space, the living room, the washer and dryer, and other common areas of the house will be available to you. The house has great access to public transport as well as to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
