The bedroom is a comfortable size with a good-sized closet. For reference, it easily fits a queen-size bed and dressers.

The home has 3 bedrooms (with only 1 room currently available) and 1.5 bathrooms (half bath downstairs, full bath upstairs), a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen, plus a recently finished basement with laundry, a second living room, and a game room. My favorite feature is the cozy three-season porch.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, communicative, and easy to get along with. It would be great to be friendly with my roommate, while also respecting each other’s personal space and daily routines.
