Hardwood floors throughout and a large built-in closet with hanging space and shelves, so storage isn’t an issue. It comes furnished — bed and mattress, desk and chair, dresser, a small rug, and kitchen basics — so you can move in with just a suitcase. Perfect for a summer stay. The building has a doorman, a mail room with Amazon lockers, in-unit washer/dryer, and an on-site gym. Location is the best part: a 5-minute walk to NYU Tandon / MetroTech, 5 minutes to Trader Joe’s, with a fresh market right downstairs. The B/Q/R at DeKalb Ave and the A/C/F/R at Jay St–MetroTech are both a few minutes away, so you’re one quick ride from most of Manhattan. It’s a great fit for a Tandon summer student, intern, or anyone who wants a comfortable, connected home base for the summer.

I’m an NYU student and three friendly roommates already live in the apartment (two boys and one girl in master bedroom) (the apartment is clean and quiet), and you’d share one bathroom with the two boys.
