About the room
This lovely home sits on a beautiful, private, gated acre lot. Surrounded by plenty of trees, offering peaceful and a quiet atmosphere. The large driveway includes parking, pickle ball, and a basketball court providing a great outdoor experience.
Inside, you’ll be first greeted by a large fire place living room and a spacious kitchen. There will be a shared bathroom and two individual toilets. The available room will come furnished with a bed and frame included for convenience, unless you prefer to bring in your own furniture.
About the roomies
We’re a couple, in our early 20s who own the home. We both work full time, and enjoy a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. We’re easygoing, friendly, love meeting new people, and value communication! One room is currently occupied by a family member also in their early 20s with the same energy!
