It has recently been renovated with fresh paint, so it feels like a brand-new apartment. The rent is very affordable, especially for the area, and the location is convenient—just minutes from downtown Columbia. Food Lion and Walmart are only about 5 minutes away, making grocery shopping quick and easy. I’ll cover the Wi-Fi and water bill, so you only need to split the electricity bill with me. Hi! I’m a Korean international student who will be starting my doctoral program at the University of South Carolina.

I enjoy cooking, and I always keep the apartment clean and organized. I like playing games, working out and many sports (soccer is my favorite) I’m looking for a roommate to share my life in the U.S. It would be great if we could occasionally hang out or have meals together, but of course I also respect each other’s privacy and personal space.

I’m a Christian, and one of the reasons I chose this apartment is because it’s close to my Korean church rather than downtown.

I don’t drink or smoke, so I’d prefer a roommate who doesn’t smoke inside the apartment. I’d love to live with a fellow Christian, but that’s not a requirement—everyone is welcome as long as you’re respectful and responsible.
