Looking to rent a couple rooms in my house. Utilities are included in the $750 price.

1 has its own bathroom and has more natural light, 2 have a shared bathroom and are in the basement. First come, first serve.

The house is in a bit of transitionary phase right now in terms of decoration/ furniture, at least in the living room hence why there is basically no furniture in there.

In terms of pets, only cats allowed as I have 2 of them and one is terrified of dogs.

I’m pretty chill about things in general, but as I also live here I’m looking for people I get along with as well.

No cigarette smoking in the house.

For now it’s just me. I’m a mental health therapist. Spend my time reading, rock climbing, listening to EDM music, traveling, raves, camping, hot tubbing, experimenting with life, etc. Sarcastic, dry, dark humor but I’m never intentionally mean or rude as a general rule.
