Hello Future Roomie!! I am searching for one roommate whom I can share this beautiful home with. I need a roomie for one furnished upstairs bedroom. The spacious home features smart locks on all entry and bedroom doors and is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from Loop 1604.

Rent is $800 per month, which includes High Speed Wi-Fi and utilities. If the monthly electricity bill exceeds $400, the overage will be split amongst occupants.

The location is within walking distance of HEB, UTSA and minutes away from La Cantera, Valero, USAA, Highway 1604, and I-10, with easy access to local parks for biking and jogging.

A little about myself, I am a Regional Manager for a local government agency. I don’t smoke but I’m not against smoking as long as it’s done outside and you pick up after yourself. I do occupy a bedroom downstairs and I travel weekly so I will not be at the home everyday. I cook 1, 2 times per week. I have a small shih tzu who is very friendly and well mannered. He travels with me. In the past, I have had male roommates and that has worked out well, no drama. They lived with me for over 2 years. One who is 52 moved in with his girlfriend and the other who is 26 purchased a home. If you have any questions, please let me know.
