About the room

I have a room available in my 4-bedroom house and I’m looking for a chill, clean, and considerate roommate. This listing includes two bedrooms for your use, a main bedroom plus a second room you can set up as an office, den, or extra storage. There’s also a bathroom in the hallway that isn’t shared with other housemates (i.e., me), though guests may use it occasionally.

➡️The space The bedrooms are unfurnished, but the main living areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) will be fully furnished. If you’d like, I have a dresser, computer desk, nightstands, day bed, and mattress available for use upon request.

➡️Rent & bills Rent is $1200/month, with internet included at no extra cost. Utilities (water, gas, electric, trash) are split between roommates.

For reference, the average peak monthly costs are: $40 for water, $75 for gas, $50 for electric, and $67 for trash and recycling pickup.

➡️The house The house has solar panels and an EV charger. It’s dog friendly, with a dog door already installed. The home is also located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, just minutes from Intel and Rio Rancho High School.

About the roomies

I’m 28, like to keep things easygoing, and appreciate good communication and cleanliness around the house. I have one dog, a 5-year-old husky/shepherd mix, who is friendly and well-behaved. Other pets are welcome here too, as long as they can coexist comfortably with mine.
