This is a month-to-month arrangement. Looking for someone who is currently employed and able to show proof of income.

About the place: • Shared kitchen access • 4 bathrooms in the house • Laundry available on site • Refrigerator and dry food storage space provided for tenants • Backyard parking available when open, plus street parking in the area • Close to public transportation, grocery stores, and nearby shops

House expectations: • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM • Guests are okay as long as things stay respectful and not disruptive • Smoking is outside only • General respect for shared spaces and housemates is expected
