Within walking distance of the rail trail if tou like hiking. 5 minutes drive to downtown manchester and 55 minutes to boston. Laundry on premises and included in rent. High speed Internet included. No smoking of any kind is permitted. There is an $50 application fee with the landlord. But, the sublet will be completely legal and you will be added to the lease upon approval.

I am a personal care assistant and work long hours. Pronouns she/her. I love making art, doing crafts, playing bord games, and watching movies with my friends. My partner will be moving in come Dec. Pronouns They/them. They love writing, sewing, DnD, and both bord and video games. They have a cat that dose well with cats but not dogs.
