2nd floor room - Large 13.5 feet x 12 feet room for rent, full wall mirror large closet. Comes with queen sized bed + desk and chair (recommend you to get your own sheets)
Super safe and quiet neighborhood. But also literally 1 block away from stony brook rd.

No Pets allowed (except maybe small fish or imaginary creatures)
Landlord close by, all problem would be immediately addressed and at a much higher quality and speed.
