To ensure a great living experience for all please tell me a little about yourself (what school year etc) when contacting. Also the few people currently living here are super neat, quiet and tidy regarding communal space such as the kitchen.

Amazing location - 0.6 mile from Stony Brook University (south of SBU) 0.3 miles from parking lot, and 0.5 mile from business/restaurant/mall/theater district (south of house)

2nd floor room - Large 13.5 feet x 12 feet room for rent, full wall mirror large closet. Comes with queen sized bed + desk and chair (recommend you to get your own sheets)

Super safe and quiet neighborhood. But also literally 1 block away from stony brook rd.
