Tenant has their own private room with huge adjoining closet plus adjoining full bathroom. Room is a separate entrance from the living room to ensure privacy. Tenant has use of whole house, i.e. living room, kitchen, lanai, etc. Tenant is expected to be very neat and clean and pick up after themselves. There is free access to excellent Wi-Fi, cable/Wi-Fi television, complete new AC installed, access to pool and tennis courts, all utilities included. Looking for a LONG term lease arrangement if possible. Tenant would be expected to help property owner in various normal chores such as moving the trash out every Sunday night, etc. etc. Tenant must also fill in background form provided by the HOA and pay $75. Must pass a background check. Room is presently furnished but will also provide more furniture and type of bed if existing one does not suit

I have been living here for five years with my niece (who is an attorney) and she has moved out to California. I am a older man who enjoys peace and quiet and would prefers someone that is nice, interesting, and is a good solid person. I look at the arrangement as bringing in a friend.
