We have a private room available in a 1 bathroom / 3 bedroom 3rd floor apartment in Smith Hill. Aldi is a comfortable 10 min walk, and there is a bus stop a few blocks away. There is one parking space available off-street. The property includes free laundry in the basement, a gas stove, dishwasher, and bath tub. The available room has a spacious closet. We also have a covered private balcony.

My name is V (she/him) and I have a cat named Hades. My roommate Reaux (she/her) has a cat named Henna. We likely can’t accept another cat into the space due to the landlord requirements. We keep to ourselves most of the time but enjoy occasionally hanging out with the household, watching shows, sharing food and are 420 friendly (smoking only on the balcony). Reaux is in grad school for German translation and I am working as a technician at Geek Squad. We are looking for another queer roommate, our household is very AuDHD and understanding of some mess. There are no issues with having guests over as long as communication with the household remains open.
