We are renting out a small private room across the hall from a shared bathroom, and we have a queen size bed that can be included if desired! We live in a cute shared house on a quiet suburban court. There is an enormous backyard with furniture and two raised garden beds, as well as a front yard with a lawn. The house has a spacious living room and kitchen, and we are converting the garage into another shared living area with a kitchenette (but it still has plenty of storage space). We have a washer and dryer onsite. There is street parking available and we are located right next to a county bus stop. We would split utilities equally, likely about $75 per month.

We are a co-ed house of four friends in our 20’s. We are all fairly social and can be loud at times, so a good match would be someone who enjoys social time and is excited about communal living. We like to host friends on the weekends, but will keep things quiet on weeknights. We plan on cooking together and sharing cleaning responsibilities equally, and we prioritize open and honest communication. Some of our hobbies include board games, gardening, making music, and crafting. We are all queer, so someone who is LGBTQ+ would be a good fit.

This room would be good for:

• DVC students (we are about 15 minutes from campus by car) or other college students
• Queer people excited about communal living OR
• Someone who travels or is out of the house a lot and just needs a place to crash at night
