Looking for a relaxed and comfortable place to live? A private room is available in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees and green spaces. It is a very chill environment, perfect for anyone who loves a bit of nature.The house features brand-new flooring and carpet throughout, central air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Your rent includes all basic utilities (water and electricity), as well as full access to the shared spaces: a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry area with a washer and dryer.Please note that I am currently repainting and updating a few areas of the house. Your room is completely ready, but if you do not mind a little active home improvement in the shared spaces, you will fit right in!About the roommates:You will be sharing the home with me and my extremely friendly dog. There are no other roommates. I stay pretty busy, but in my free time, I enjoy cooking and gaming. Looking for a respectful, clean, and reliable roommate to share this great space.
