About the room

I have the master bedroom and bath available in my home in Escondido. I’m focusing on potential female roommates only as I have a teenaged daughter at home. My house is cluttered and eclectic. The room is currently furnished for a special needs individual, but can be emptied. The room has a slider directly to the outdoor space. I can dedicate a spot in the driveway for an extra $100 per month. There is lots of street parking within 1 or 2 blocks.

About the roomies

Currently it is myself and my 15 year old daughter. We also have a very old dog (boxer) who is 14+ and why we cannot accommodate other pets at this time. We do have 2 small chicken coops in our yard and box tortoises in an enclosure.
