I’ve lived in this apartment complex for several years, it’s well located, just a short drive to west asheville and downtown. The management and maintenance are also easy to work with, friendly, and very responsive.

This is a two bed two bath apartment, I’ll be moving into the master bedroom and the other bedroom/bathroom are available. The apartment comes unfurnished, I have some living room furniture but I’m open to making space for what a potential roommate has!

Rent + Utilities is expected to be between 850 to 900 a month.

Hi! I’m Miriam and you’d be sharing this apartment with just me and my lovely cat Dory! I’m a pretty chill roommate, like to keep common spaces clean, and work a fairly regular 9-5 schedule. Dory is overall a pretty chill cat, she likes to lounge and spend her free time birdwatching.
