I live about 12-18 minutes from Mankato depending on where you’re going, I own the house so whatever you do to the room I could not care less as long as it doesn’t look like :) I have two cats and a dog and I don’t mind you bring in more! It’s completely furnished; washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher etc. a big front and back yard with plenty of driveway room! Water, garbage, and WiFi are included in price :)

I tend to keep to myself and mind my own business but if you’re looking to become friends with your roommate I’m down for either or, I also dabble in a little cooking and baking, every once in a while I’ll have a function and I don’t care if you bring people over as long as there respectful!
