About the room
3 Bedrooms. Only 2 are paid for.
I’ll be in one bedroom, you’ll be in another—which leaves an extra room, which we can create into anything really. Currently, it’s an office space/library for working from home. $1,250 per individual, so it’s $2,500 split between you and I. The extra bedroom is just extra.
Hardwood floors, tall ceilings, a nice balcony. It’s the nicest looking house on the street actually. Located in “Little Italy” on Federal Hill, so there is a huge dining scene. Bars, nightlife, etc. It’s great.
I have lots of kitchen supplies which I’m happily willing to share:
- $420 Zojirushi Rice Cooker
- $200 Ninja Creami
- $100 Ninja Mixer
- $100 Ninja Air Fryer
- $150 trash can (haha)
- $2100 Herman Miller Aeron chair (i guess!)
- miscellaneous kitchen appliances, metal chopsticks, great silverware, cups and bowls, groceries, etc.
About the roomies
It’s just myself really. I have some friendly upstairs neighbors. I’m away at work on weekdays when the stock market is open. I am a former engineer, but now work as a financial advisor.
My hobbies include art, photography, computer programming, PC/Switch games, TV/Movies, reading, and going out with friends.
I’m quiet. I keep to myself, but also don’t mind hanging out!
