About the room: I have a sofa that turns into bed there right now, a mini refrigerator and a 75 inch tv. You are welcome to keep it all there or I can take it off if you want. There is a nice closet too.
We will be sharing the bathroom, I keep it clean and smelling good :)
You can also have access to the kitchen and I use the stuff I have there, like pots, plates, utensils, blender, airfryer,etc ….
We can also share the kitchen refrigerador and you will have a cabinet to store your stuff too.
