🏠 I am a 20 year old college student, renting out a 1 large, private, furnished downstairs bedroom ( though I can remove the furniture if need! ) Move in date of July/20th at the earliest. There is 4 cat.

💰The rent is $990 monthly: Everything is Included so no bills

💵 NO CREDIT CHECK REQUIRED

📋 Move-in Cost if renting for 6months+ (payment plan available) $1980 for first and last month rent $500 security deposit that is refundable Total is $2,480

🏠 The room is in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house which comes with big downstairs living room (complete with a brick fireplace!) and a bathroom with only one other roommate

💭Your monthly rent covers absolutely everything: Water, Gas,Electricity Trash/Recycling High-Speed Wi-Fi Free in-house laundry (washer and dryer are located right outside your door)

🥘The kitchen is located on the main floor and is shared by everyone. We respect each other’s space and keep the common areas clean.

🐈 The Pet Situation: There are 4 cats that live in the house. Their are kept upstairs and if requested a door at the top of the stairs can be installed if you don’t want to see the cats downstairs. Because of the cats upstairs, we cannot accept any additional pets

📄 What’s need if you are interested 🌟 Background check only. 🌟First and Last month rent due at signing. 🌟 Must be mindful of shared spaces and communicative.
