The space is a total of 1400 square feet. I am the owner of the home. My bedroom will be upstairs. There are 2 vacant rooms - 1 is the other bedroom upstairs next to mine and the other is downstairs and is a big size where you can have lot of living furniture (with lots of windows), its kind of like a den area. The good sized kitchen, big bathroom with skylight, and living/dining area upstairs will all be shared. There is ample parking in the driveway for all 3 of us. The backyard can be used by all of us. Wifi/internet can be split 3 ways since I am looking for 2 roomies. Living area and dining area will be furnished. 2 bedrooms most likely will not be furnished. Oil costs during colder months of October to March can be split 3 ways. Electric and water is included. There are many garbage cans to use for trash removal. Snow removal will be taken care of by plow contractors that I will hire for those months.

I am a professional - Nurse Practitioner that works remotely from home. My hours of work need to be quiet in the house. I work 2pm to 9pm Sunday to Thursday seeing patients via telehealth. There are tenants in the back part of downstairs but they live in a completely separate accessory apartment and they have been here for about 2 years now. I have a good relationship with them. I am clean, tidy, and organized. I do not cook much but when I do, I clean up the mess right away. I have a cat so roomies would need to be okay with that and not allergic. She does not get along with other cats but warms up to humans after a while. She will most likely be with me in my room most of the time or upstairs in the living room area. I will not allow her downstairs. I will keep her litter in my bedroom and her food/water in the kitchen.
