About the room
Great location in a friendly gated community, about a mile and half from the beach!
Private room, with a shared bathroom. There is a half bath as well, and one of the roommates has a private bath. So you’ll share 1.5 baths with 2 other people, 3 including yourself.
Large living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished, and the living room has a couch and some chairs. There is also a two car garage, shared between the four people on the property, and there is a washer and dryer in house.
The rent is actually closer to $1200; I included the extra 50 for the one time lease change over fee. There is no deposit, as the owners prefer to keep adding addendums to the lease, rather than renew.

About the roomies
All people in their 20s or early 30s, 2 men and 1 woman, although the woman is moving out soon, to be replaced by another roomie. You’ll be replacing me (David) on the lease.
