A beautiful 4 bed 5 bath house. It’s a 10 minute drive to Seal Beach and right next to both the 605 and 405 freeway!

We are a no pet and no smoking house which includes no marijuana.

Rent is $1,600 a month which includes all utilities and the room comes with a private bathroom and a large storage room that you can convert into a walk in closet. This bedroom is the only bedroom upstairs and there is a living room up there as well so it is a semi private living room.

There’s 3 female professionals living here and we are all 27/28. We are very chill, easy going and friendly! We sometimes have movie nights ans go for matcha.
