Lease Takeover

Hi! My name is Marissa, and I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at Gateway Apartments. There would be one girl staying, she is pretty busy during the week with her work schedule, but she is super sweet and respectful of the shared space. Besides my lease takeover there are 2 more available rooms. It’s not required to fill those rooms since it is individual lease but if you have anyone you want to room with those rooms are available!

📅 The lease starts August 1st but if you needed to move in earlier, I could accommodate.

💰 Rent is $750 per month + wifi and utilities. Deposit of $400 is waived.

🧺 The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer and in unit AC and heater. Rooms are very spacious.

The apartments are also very walkable and bikeable to campus!

I have lived here for 2 years and really love this apartment!! I really wanted to stay but some plans fell through.

About the roomies

Ana- she is 21, she works during the week and get home pretty late. She is very sweet, understanding and easygoing! We all also keep the shared space as clean as we can.
