I have a furnished bedroom available in my 4-bedroom, 2½-bath, 2,700 sq. ft. home in northeast Austin. I’m looking for a responsible, respectful roommate who values a clean, quiet, and secure living environment.

The home is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac near Parmer Lane and Harris Branch Parkway, with convenient access to:

• UT Austin – approximately 17 minutes
• Samsung – approximately 7 minutes
• Tesla – approximately 20 minutes
• EastVillage – approximately 5 minutes

One important requirement: you must enjoy dogs. I have a friendly, well-trained Labrador Retriever who loves meeting new people and is very much part of the household.
