About the room
The house is nearby Arcadia Elementary, in a nice, safe neighborhood. The room has its own bathroom with shower, and comes fully furnished except for queen-size mattress. There’s already a nice bedframe, a bedside table, a nice chair, curtains and a dresser set up in the room. The room has a built in mirror, drawers, and cabinets, and a large closet with built in shelves. The whole house has worn, but clean hardwood floors.
About the roomies
I currently live in this three bedroom house alone, and am looking for one roommate for my spare room. The other bedroom and basement are my tech workshop and music studio. I’m 29 years old, male, run a small tech business, and play trombone professionally. I practice and make music downstairs in my basement studio, which is not audible from the spare room I’m trying to fill. I won’t keep you up at night! I have two indoor cats, and clean their litter every day, sometimes multiple times a day. They are very active and loving cats, but I could keep them away from a roommate if need be.
