Looking to rent out the basement room of a 2br in crown heights (I’m in the ground floor bedroom). My lease renews in September and I want someone to sign with me. There currently isn’t a door for the basement but could put up a temporary wall. I have everything except a bed if you want the space furnished, but can also make room for your own things if preferred. The basement was previously used as a living room so the pics show that, but there’s a walk-in closet and enough room for a queen or king and other furniture.

Utilities are usually around $200/month each, depending on heat/AC use. There’s a small dishwasher and laundry in the building (right outside the basement door).

Amazing location, right off Franklin Ave and close to the A/C/2/3/4/5/S trains. There’s a massive, gorgeous back yard with a grill, hammocks, etc.

I have a slightly insane rescue pittie, so must love dogs. Other dogs ok on a case by case basis but unfortunately she can’t do cats.

I work from home full time from the living room, am autistic & ADHD, enjoy my alone time but ideally would love to live with someone who wants to occasionally hang out and hopefully be friendly. Neurodivergent/queer/artsy people preferred.

I can be a little messy/chaotic but like to keep things clean and want someone who’s also on top of dishes, cleaning surfaces, etc.

420 friendly but no smoking tobacco inside.
