One bedroom for rent at $1,300 per month, which includes utilities. Quiet, peaceful, fully furnished and outfitted 4+2 Goleta home. Seeking one additional housemate to share our Winchester Canyon home. Married landlords live in the master bedroom when we are in residence (winter). Two house-mates have the home to themselves when landlords are out of state about half the year.

This rental bedroom is perfect for a graduate student or working adult who is considerate, mature, responsible, social, and fun. The bedroom has a full bed, dresser, closet, and nightstand. The hall bath is shared with one other adult roommate. The 4th bedroom was converted to an office. Must be compatible with other housemates.

Great outdoor living space too - furnished covered patio, big deck, fruit trees, raised garden beds, drought tolerant landscape.

Available now, minimum 3 months, longer term preferred. $1300/month + $1300 security deposit, includes all utilities, internet, and basic gardening service. No: pets (allergies), smoking, illegal drugs, illegal activities, excessive drinking or noise.

Married landlords (Bill & Becky) in their 70s, but active, fun, engaged, friendly. Female roommate in her 30s, social, fun, working at the Bacara. All outdoors types. Cooking, gardening, projects, reading, evening TV. Tends to be quiet between 10-11 PM until 8-9 AM.
