I recently just moved back to my motherland St.Pete after many years in New York and most recently LA.

I have a stunning apartment that I’d love to share with someone who values a calm, cozy clean space I travel quite a bit for work so looking for someone who’s rather responsible and values a private sanctuary to come home to and keeping the party and nightlife mostly outside. One caveat there is an amazing deck here with outstanding sunsets. I’d love to share a glass of wine with someone occasionally on the patio!

With utilities included it’s about 1400 a month each give or take and it is a one year lease
