1 room in a 3br, 2 full bath house in Warren available immediately. We had someone move out without notice, so the room is vacant and can be moved into asap. If moving in mid-month, we can pro-rate the rent. Monthly rent per person is listed above, and we’re asking a security deposit in the equal amount (refundable at time of move out).

The room is upstairs and there is a bathroom directly next to it as well as the other person’s room. My bedroom is downstairs and there is another full bathroom.

I have two sweet neutered male cats. Other pets allowed as long as they would be able to get along (my guys have successfully lived with other roommates’ pets no problem). Pet fee is only $25 total, so if you do have a pet, you’d split that with me.

Utilities not included but have been pretty reasonable, and WiFi is only $17/person/month.

420-friendly (any non-vape products smoked outside).

The house has a dishwasher, free laundry, plenty of storage and space, and a backyard (where I have a small garden)! Only a few mins walk from downtown Warren, and a grocery store almost directly next door!

Preferred age range is 25-40.

LGBTQIA+ household, but not required, as long as you’re a good person! I am a 32 year old nonbinary person working as a bartender and budtender, and the other roommate is 28, transfemme, and works in the automotive industry.
