The house is located in a nice neighborhood, with great, friendly neighbors. It has a backyard, a park 1/2 a block away, 2 car garage, large driveway, front patio area. Full kitchen, in house laundry, a living room, plenty of storage for skis/bikes/etc, will be a shared bathroom, but the toilet/shower area is Seperate from the sink.

We are both students at MSU, very laid back. We spend weeks in class and in our rooms studying, and are very social over weekends. We are super friendly, clean, and respectful roommates. The main house will be furnished by us, including the kitchen, all you need is stuff for your room.
